Where do you all work?

I work at a tree farm doing things from pruning and shaping trees, to hauling trees that couldn't sell to the side of the road and then loading them on trailers to be taken to be mulched. These trees can weigh from 30-150 pounds! Right now, we are doing half of our day hauling trees, and spending the rest of the day pruning and shaping trees.

We also have a grading system, based on your attitude, how well you work, so on.
A+ = $11 an hour
A = $10.50 an hour
A - = $10 an hour
B+ = $9.50 an hour
so on.

Im currently at a B+ but hopefully it will go up soon.

I don't. I'm looking for a job and can't find shit.
